~is a campaign launched by the Department of Pharmaceuticals, GoI, to provide quality medicines at affordable prices to the masses through Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra
•It Creates awareness about generic medicines through education and publicity so that quality is not synonymous with only high price.

Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management& Transboundary Movement) Amendment Rules, 2019
~to strengthen the implementation of environmentally sound management of hazardous waste in the country
•Hazardous waste~ is the waste that poses substantial or potential threats to public health or the environment.
•Solid plastic waste has been prohibited from import into the country including in Special Economic Zones (SEZ) and by Export Oriented Units (EOU).

National Rural Economic Transformation Project
